Refund & Cancellation Policy

VivahKit sells digital products (document downloads). Because you can preview your document before paying, refunds work as follows:

When you are eligible for a refund

• Failed delivery: you paid but did not receive your download, and we cannot restore access within 48 hours.
• Defective output: the downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the preview shown before payment, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.

Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after a successful download of the correct document.
• Errors in the details you entered yourself — you can use your free edit link (valid 30 days) to correct and re-download instead.

Cancellation

Orders complete instantly after payment, so there is no cancellation window. If you paid by mistake and have not downloaded the document, write to us within 24 hours and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vivahkit.in with your payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or UPI reference) and a short description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.
