The service
VivahKit lets you create marriage biodata documents and wedding cards as digital downloads (PDF and image files). Some templates and features are free; premium templates and features require a one-time payment displayed at checkout.
Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
- After successful payment, your download is made available immediately along with an edit link valid for 30 days.
Your content
- You retain full ownership of the details and photos you provide. We claim no rights over your content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your documents.
- You must not use the service for unlawful content or to impersonate others.
Our content
Template designs, artwork, and website content are the property of VivahKit. Purchasing a download grants you a personal-use licence for the generated document; it does not permit reselling the templates themselves.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features described as "coming soon" are not part of any current purchase.
Limitation of liability
VivahKit's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
